Hi, I’m Eliana; a weaver of all things magic.
I started on the healing path at a young age. After suffering with disease (auto-immune conditions, anxiety, and depression) for too many years. I realized I had to become the healer I was seeking in others but had never been able to find!
I walked the Matrix path for a while.. I got my Masters in Public Health and Behavioral Sciences. I became a Certified Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, and Lifestyle Medicine Coach.
But something key was missing. Something that I needed to connect all the dots.
That's when I discovered Breathwork, Energy Medicine, and Spiritual Practice. These modalities transformed my approach to healing my own health ailments, and in turn- changed my whole life!
No longer was I a victim of my circumstances. Instead, I learned that life was trying to happen FOR me, not to me; and I was in fact the master creator of everything I was experiencing
